Application to the
Program
Applications
are accepted on a yearly basis for the fall semester.
Applications are typically
due in mid-March and the selection/interview process
conducted from April to May with acceptance letters sent
in May. Please refer to the application packet
on
the left-hand column for more details.

What are the other requirements for applying
for admission to the PTA program?
- Minimum GPA 2.5 in all
prerequisite coursework
- TEAS assessment test (a passing score)
- Completion of LCC Physical Therapist
Assistant application, including:
- Letter of application
- Letters of reference (3)
- Transcripts
- Documentation of
minimum of 24 hours of
observation, volunteer service or work experience in a Physical Therapy
Department (see application packet for details).
- Additional materials (see
application packet for details).
*Note: The TEAS is a proctored exam and you must
register to take it. It is required for your application
to the PTA Program
to be considered complete. Exam dates have been posted for the class
beginning in August 2013.
