Marisa Jordan enters her first year as the Head Volleyball Coach at Labette Community College. Jordan comes to LCC after serving as the Assistant Coach for Fort Scott Community College, who finished the season with a 25-10 record, the program's best finish in school history.

Prior to being the assistant coach at FSCC, Jordan served as a student assistant for Austin Peay State University ,who finished the season with a 26-8 record, the program's first Ohio Valley Conference Tournament Championship since 1991, and its first-ever appearance in the NCAA DI Championship Tournament.

 Jordan played at APSU for 3 years.  During Jordan’s senior year at APSU she was part of a team that recorded a 22-9 overall mark and a 15-3 Ohio Valley Conference record, which was its best league mark in 17 years. Austin Peay finished 2009 in second place in league standings, earning a first-round bye in the OVC Tournament, Austin Peay's best OVC finish since winning the regular-season crown in 1992. Jordan was also a part of Lindsay Hill’s 2006 squad at Neosho County Community College that finished the season ranked No. 14 nationally.

Jordan graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education in 2010.
