Attention LCC Students! This is your chance to win your choice of either a TI-84 Graphing Calculator, a $100 gift certificate to the LCC Bookstore, or a $100 Wal-Mart gift certificate! Starting on Monday, April 4th, we will post a link to a daily question or questions on this page that will challenge your mathematical abilities and critical thinking skills. You will get a new set of questions each day, ending on Friday, April 8th.
Students should email Kim Miller at kimm@labette.edu with the answers to any questions that they have worked and think might be correct. The questions will be worth varying points, the hardest worth 5 points each and the easiest worth 1 point each. The point value will be given along with the question. This contest will close on Saturday, April 9th at midnight. Any entries received after that time will not be considered. Only students who are currently enrolled in a Spring 2011 LCC course are eligible to win. This includes all day courses, night courses, extension courses, online courses, concurrent courses and dual credit courses. Answers may be submitted daily or all at once.
