Four-Semester Plans
|
The Music program at Labette Community College is designed to provide courses for the aspiring musician as well as the music lover. Traditional courses for music majors provide the basis of the first two years of a four-year music program. Students planning to major in music performance or music education can take the first two years of their bachelor's degree at LCC and then transfer to one of the major universities in the area. Students and community members desiring to continue their love of music through performance can participate in one of the LCC performance ensembles. Numerous scholarship opportunities exist for both the music major and the student who just wants to continue to be involved in music in college.
