Last
day applications may be requested is March 25.
All applications must be completed and received by April 1st.

The selection process takes
place in April. All program applicants will be notified of the
selection outcome by May 1st. Classes begin in June.
If accepted into the
Radiography Program, a history of immunizations, a
receipt/record of updated shots, a physical, and a copy of health
insurance verification will be required.
The student must take and pass a
course in CPR certification or submit a copy of their current CPR
card.
The student must submit a
criminal background check. The cost incurred for the background
check will be the responsibility of the applicant.
To complete the application for
the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Examination, the
question
"have you
ever been convicted of a felony or misdemeanor?" Yes___
No___
must be asked and answered.
Falsification of information is grounds for dismissal from the
program. (Note: A conviction of, or plea of guilty to, or a plea
of nolo contendere to an offense constitutes a conviction for
A.R.R.T. purposes.)
If you answered "yes"
provide explanation and official documentation. If, at any time
during your attendance in the Program, the answer changes to
"yes", it is your responsibility to inform the Program
Director.
