LCC is here to help you get the most from your employees and the most from your business.

We can help you train employees to move into management positions and learn complex tasks required by your company.

Customized Training

Employers may request customized training for their employees. The training sessions can be in the form of non-credit workshops or credit courses.  We will try to schedule the training when and where the training would be most valuable to your employees.  The type of training can range from a two-hour PowerPoint session for four employees to a one-credit hour course in Excel.
