Course Description

 Analysis of state, country, and municipal government's role in Kansas since 1960. Characteristics of local government with emphasis on the office of commissioner-councilman, and mayor-manager, as well as country officers. Analysis of the relationship between executive, legislative , judicial, and bureaucratic function of the state and people, interest groups, and local government.
