Chili Dinner Fund Raiser

LCC students and members of Our Fathers Vineyard Church to host benefit for Parsons man

Parsons, KS- Students enrolled in the public relations class at Labette Community College and members of Our Father’s Vineyard Church will host a chili dinner at the church this Saturday, April 28, from 4 to 7 p.m. to benefit Jim Jackson.  Jackson, who is struggling with liver disease, is in need of a transplant.  For a $10 donation at the door, guests will enjoy a chili dinner and family friendly entertainment including BINGO and live musical performances.  All donations will assist with Jackson’s medical expenses.  Our Fathers Vineyard Church is located at 1724 Broadway, in Parsons Ks.  For more information about the benefit dinner, contact Micheal Linthicum at 620-423-4901.  If you cannot attend the event, but would like to make a donation, please send money to Parsons Credit Union, attention Jim Jackson fund.
