Women’s History Week

 

The Student Government Association (SGA) of Labette Community College is hosting a Women’s History Week March 5 - 7^th. 

 

Dr. Mack, of the LCC History Dept., will show and discuss parts of the movie Iron Jawed Angels March 5^th at 1:00 p.m. in H109.

 

On March 7^th, SGA will host a Women’s Symposium in room H109 at 2:00 pm. The guest speakers will be: Melvetta Sevart, LCC English professor, Dr. Shirley Drew, Pittsburg State University professor at and author of Dirty Work, and Kathryn Sommer, Author of Power Of Her Own and Passion Of Her Own.
