Senator Moran Attending LCC Men’s Basketball Game

Labette Community College men’s basketball team will be honored to host Senator Jerry Moran, as they try to defeat Cowley County Community College during a home game next Wednesday.

Serving as the United State Senator for Kansas, Moran has been known as a leading advocate in the U.S. Senate for protecting and preserving the special way of life in Kansas. Prior to his election to the Senate on November 2, 2010, Moran served Kansans in the “Big First” Congressional district for seven terms in the U.S. House of Representatives as well as eight years in the Kansas State Senate – spending the last two years as Majority Leader.

The home game is in the LCC Gymnasium on Wednesday, January 18 beginning at 7:30pm. The Cardinal Women’s game will begin at 5:30pm.
