Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

By continuing you will be accessing information that is protected by Federal Privacy Laws.  Disclosure to unauthorized parties violates the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).  You should not proceed unless you are specifically authorized to do so and are informed about FERPA.  For more information please visit the Department of Education site on the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act.

When accessing the main computer system, you must access only the information that is needed to complete your AUTHORIZED task at hand.  You may communicate the information only to the authorized parties in accordance with the provisions of FERPA.  (Information strictly not to be released are Student ID, Social Security Number, grades, and GPA.)
