Exit Counseling Process

Students who graduate from LCC, transfer to another institution, or drop below 6 credit hours must complete the Exit Counseling and the LCC Exit Counseling. A hold will be placed on your account until this process has been completed.

1. To complete the Exit Counseling go to www.StudentLoans.gov. This is a government site, same location where you completed the MPN. Students are encouraged to print the Confirmation page displayed after completing the counseling and bring the confirmation to the Financial Aid Office. This will expedite the process to remove the hold from student accounts.
    

2. Complete the LCC Exit Counseling.
