LCC Transcripts
Official transcripts will be provided at a cost of $5.00 each payable by cash,
check, Visa or MasterCard.
Important Note:
Transcripts will be withheld if any financial obligations to the college
have not been paid.
Official records will not be released until a
TRANSCRIPT
REQUEST FORM has been signed by the student or a written
request has been submitted to the Admissions Office which includes:
Student's Name
Address
Social Security Number
Date of Birth
Address where the transcript is to be sent
Student's Signature

Faxed request:
Requests can be faxed to 620-421-0180 with payment made by Visa or MasterCard through the
Business Office at (620) 421-6700, ext. 1231. Payment will not be accepted
until we receive your completed Transcript Request Form.
We Do Not Accept Emailed Requests
Unofficial transcripts
can be obtained through "The Red Zone." The Red Zone allows students to
access information such as their transcript, grades, and class schedule.
Check it out! Students can also print an unofficial transcript in the
Student Services Offices using their Cardinal Card.

Transferring Credits to LCC
Courses successfully completed through another recognized
accredited institution that fulfills graduation requirements may be
accepted and applied toward an Associate Degree or Certificate.
A minimum of 18 credit hours that fulfill general education or major
requirements as listed by the student's selected Associate Degree
program
must be completed at LCC.
A minimum of 12 credit hours must be completed at LCC to receive
a
certificate.
Transcripts from all other colleges/universities must be sent to the
Admissions Office in order to be applied towards a degree or
certificate.
Graduation
Students who plan to graduate in the fall or spring must submit a
completed "Request for Graduation" form to the Admissions Office
no later than the end of October Prior to spring graduation. All
transcripts from other institutions must be on file.
Students who lack 5 credits hours or less at the end of the spring
semester and plan to complete all requirements by the end of the fall
semester following graduation are eligible to apply for and participate in
the graduation ceremony.
Graduation with honors shall be determined by the following grade point
averages as calculated the semester prior to graduation.

Magna Cum Laude |
3.75 - 3.99 |
Cum Laude |
3.50 - 3.74 |
Honor students will be identified in the graduation program and may wear a
gold cord during the ceremony.
