SEXUAL HARASSMENT

LCC wants its students to be able to learn and work in an atmosphere free of sexual and other types of harassment.  The College has policies in place to handle misconduct of this nature and will enforce them.  Students should contact the VPSA if you feel you are being harassed by anyone connected to LCC.   LCC takes harassment seriously and pledges to: 

a. Promptly and fairly investigate all claims of harassment.

b. Maintain confidentiality to the extent that conducting a fair investigation and the law allows.

c. Let you know the results of the investigation.

d. Not allow retaliation against anyone who in good faith reports harassment or gives truthful evidence.

e. Take appropriate action to stop harassment in all cases where the investigation indicates the need.
