PREP-TALENT SEARCH

PREP-Talent Search is a federally funded TRIO grant that identifies and assists participants who have the potential to succeed in higher education.  The PREP (People Reaching Excellence through Preparation) Talent Search Program provides academic, career, and financial aid counseling to middle school students, high school students, and re-entry adults (postsecondary stop-outs and secondary drop-outs).  Services include: advice on entry and re-entry programs, tutorial and mentoring services, information on postsecondary educational institutions, exposure to college campuses, cultural/educational tours in and out-of-state, information on student financial assistance, assistance in completing college admissions and financial aid applications, and assistance in preparing for college entrance examinations.
