LCC TRIO Programs

Labette Community College is a participant in the federally funded TRIO program.  LCC is funded for two of the three original TRIO programs:
LCC Talent Search and Student Support Services

Both programs complement each other.  LCC Talent Search starts at the middle school level and will assist students towards graduation from high school and enrollment at a college of their choice.

Talent Search students who graduate and enroll at LCC can apply to participate in Student Support Services.

Student Support Services assists students enrolled at LCC with basic college requirements and serves to motivate students toward the successful completion of their college education.  Student Support Services can also provide grant aid to current students in its program receiving Federal Pell Grants.
Students in grades 6 through 12 should enter the LCC Talent Search web site.
 
Students who are currently enrolled in LCC and are interested in Student Support Services should enter the SSS web site.
