LCC TRIO Programs

Both programs complement each other.  PREP Talent Search starts at the middle school level and will assist students towards graduation from high school and enrollment at a college of their choice.  PREP can also assist adults who are out of school and want to re-enter college for a degree or specific training.

PREP students who graduate and enroll at LCC can apply to participate in Operation Excel.

Operation Excel assists students enrolled at LCC with basic college requirements and serves to motivate students toward the successful completion of their college education.  Operation Excel can also provide grant aid to current students in its program receiving Federal Pell Grants.
