Photo Release - LCC paints Garfield Playground

Labette Community College student, Ignatius Patt, paints a frog jump game on the playground at Garfield Elementary School. Tarah Cockrell, Exercise Science faculty, incorporates the paint project each year into the Introduction to Physical Education curriculum. The outdoor games encourage a healthy, active lifestyle for elementary children during recess.
