Labette Community College (“LCC,” “the College,” “we,” or “us”) respects the privacy of students, prospective students, employees, visitors, and others who interact with the College. This Privacy Statement explains the types of information we may collect through our website, online forms, electronic communications, and text messaging services; how we use that information; and the circumstances under which information may be disclosed.

This Privacy Statement does not expand or limit the rights and responsibilities established by FERPA or other laws governing student records.
