Latzer Art Award | Foundation & Alumni Association

The Latzer Art Award was established by John C. and Bonnie B. Latzer as an endowment at the Parsons Community Foundation (PCF) for the benefit of fine arts at Labette Community College.

The Latzer Art Award recognizes student achievement in the Fine Arts. The winning pieces will be permanently on display at Labette Community College.
